Team Trainings
Build real connection & lasting skills
We lead interactive, skill-building workshops offered in person or virtually that build practical skills and shared language to strengthen communication, collaboration, and trust across teams.
Each session balances structured facilitation with participant-driven insight, staying grounded, engaging, and focused on strengthening real working relationships rather than abstract theory.
Current Trainings
-
A workshop that helps teams understand how they and their colleagues work and communicate best, especially under pressure.
Using the Enneagram as a shared, language, teams name real friction points and learn how to work through differences with curiosity instead of judgment.
The result: stronger collaboration, fewer misunderstandings, and a team that moves through strategy and execution with more ease.
Works well as a standalone session or as part of a larger offsite.
-
A memorable, multi-sensory workshop that uses the universal languages of nature and creativity to break down barriers between hierarchies and personality types.
Through hands-on floral design and carefully crafted prompts, teams reveal their natural collaboration styles while creating something beautiful together and then translate those insights into real opportunities to improve cross-functional collaboration.
Works well as a stand alone session or as a powerful opening or closing for a conference or event.
-
Change doesn't just impact systems — it impacts people.
This training gives leaders and teams the tools to communicate with clarity and compassion through periods of transition, uncertainty, or reorganization.
Participants learn how to have honest conversations that build trust rather than erode it, how to hold space for what's real, and how to keep momentum and connection alive even when the ground is shifting.
Designed for managers and leaders navigating periods of transition. -
An introduction to the core concepts and language of conscious leadership.
Designed to build self-awareness, deepen collaboration, and give teams a shared framework for moving through workplace barriers together.
Through guided reflection, partner exercises, and real-time application to issues teams are actually facing, participants learn to recognize when they're operating from a reactive state versus a responsive one and build the tools to shift.
Teams leave with a common language for navigating friction (from misalignment to conflict to imposter syndrome), a toolkit of practices like conscious listening and impeccable agreements, and a shared set of commitments to put into practice right away.

What it’s like to work together
“I really enjoyed having Joanna lead an Enneagram workshop for my team. My goal was to increase trust across the team through sharing and learning about each other.
Having done several of these types of assessments (MBTI, Strengthsfinder), I enjoyed Enneagram the most because it is nuanced and didn't create a perception of "good" or "bad" types.
It drove a lot of discussion and sharing about how the team worked together without categorizing people in boxes. I was surprised by how deeply my team engaged with it. I highly recommend the session and hope to do it again with a future team.”

“We brought Joanna in to help create intentional (and meaningful) connection for a group of folks who all work in the employee experience space but had never met before. ... From the moment the workshop began (and really in the planning process), it was clear how thoughtfully and intentionally she had designed the experience.
Joanna created such a sense of safety and ease that people were able to show up as themselves. ... It's clear that Joanna has a superpower for creating containers where folks can truly take a deep breath and really be present. ... It felt both grounding and energizing, and left everyone feeling seen, cared for, and genuinely connected.”
